Head of Housekeeping (M/F) full-time
As head of housekeeping you are responsible for the daily cleaning of our 32 hotel rooms, apartments and common areas. Managing the various employees, making rosters and planning and of course you are part of our management team.
You are:
* a morning person with a keen eye for details, our rooms are our calling card
* a responsible team player, who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves.

Sous Chef ( M/V) fulltime

Our chef Sander Wever and his team surprise our guests again and again with beautiful creations, prepared with local products where possible. From oysters from the mudflats, beef from the islander Boschplaat cattle, salty vegetables from the salty garden in Oosterend to our own pick of edible flowers and porcini mushrooms, our guests taste the flavors of the island in all our dishes.
